Mount Sinai School of Medicine Educational Technology Group (MSETG) today announces the release of PortaMeeting 2.0 at the Chemotherapy Foundation Symposium. PortaMeeting 2.0 offers a streamlined user interface as well as a host of new features including: full video presentations, a fast and fluid search feature that updates as you type, an updater module and more. Using our USB based presentation drive and kiosk based delivery system, PortaMeeting 2.0 technology differs from other existing enduring media products in that its delivery of symposia content (slide kits, audio and video) to the attendee is immediate and dynamically rewritable, as opposed to CD-ROMs or DVDs, which cannot be modified once distributed.
